We aim to provide a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience to all our customers across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

1. Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
2. Deliveries in major cities (like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) are usually faster (2–3 days).
3. For remote or rural areas, it may take up to 7 working days.
4. You will receive an SMS or call from our courier partner before delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

1. Free shipping may apply during promotions or bundle offers.
2. Otherwise, a small delivery fee (Rs. 200 – Rs. 300) may be charged, depending on your location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.
2. You can open and check your parcel before paying to ensure everything is correct your satisfaction comes first!

5. Order Tracking

1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
2. You can use this number to track your parcel status with our courier partner.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

1. Although rare, if your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us immediately.
2. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue or offer a full refund if the parcel is lost.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

1. If your product arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry!
   Simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving it we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.
2. We also offer a “Free Refund if Item Damaged” guarantee for your peace of mind.

 8. Returns & Refunds

1. We provide a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
