Return & Exchange Policy

At U Shape Baby Brush, we care about your satisfaction and comfort.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day easy return and exchange policy no stress, no worries.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if:

1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. The item is unused and in original packaging.
3. You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges if:

1. The color or size you received is incorrect.
2. The product was damaged during delivery.
   Once your returned item is received, we’ll send your replacement within 3–5 working days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You’ll get a free replacement or full refund no extra charges, no questions asked.

4. “Open Parcel Before Pay” (COD Orders)

1. We understand trust is important 💕 That’s why we offer a “Check Before Pay” option.
2. You can open and inspect your parcel before paying the Cash on Delivery amount.
   If the item is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse to accept it and we’ll handle the rest.

5. Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

1. Contact us via email or phone within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
3. Our support team will guide you through the easy process.
4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Method

1. Refunds are issued via your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
2. For COD orders, refunds can be processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened toothbrushes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll resolve it immediately.
